2. Sources of Shoulds
Some "should"s come from our culture e.g. "I should buy a new car every five years". Some come from ourselves e.g. I should keep my car clean and shiny." Some derive from the Bible and reflect a desire to obey God.

3. Insights from Jesus Mat 11:28 -30 says:"Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest. "Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and YOU WILL FIND REST FOR YOUR SOULS. "For My yoke is easy and My burden is light."
