Feb 6	Ash Wednesday: Lent begins. Pick up a Lenten devotional and follow along with 32 Diablo Valley pastors and their churches as we prepare for Easter.
Feb 10	Pastor Swap: Swap pastors for the Sunday message and speak to Jesus' prayer for unity.
Feb 22-23	Five-Fold Ministry Conference: With Pastor Alex and Hanna Absalom from St. Thomas' Parish in Sheffield England. Saint Matthew Lutheran Church 399 Widget lane, Walnut Creek, CA.
Mar 17	40 Hours of Prayer Begins: Round the clock prayer led by Church Without Shoes pastors of 40 hours culminating with the Community Wade Communion. Hills Vineyard Community Center host the 40 hours of prayer. 1970 Grant Ave, Concord.
Mar 20	Community Wide Communion Maundy Thursday: 6th Annual Service and the culmination of Lent together. Attracting an average of 1200 participants this is hte highlight of our 40 days as we linger together before the Easter Celebration. 7:00pm Walnut Creek Presbyterian Church, 1801 Lacassie Ave. Walnut Creek.
Apr 19	Walk for a Cure: CF Team Sierra: Two pastrs serving in our area have children living with Cystic Fibrosis. "Our Beautiful Day," dovetails with the CF Walk. Register to walk or donate. Team Sierra honors one of our most precious and courageous little girls. Sierra is daughter of Lynette and Sean Blomquist, Pastor of Shelter Covenant Church - www.teamsierra.org
Apr 19	Our Beautiful Day: Compassion in Our Community Reach out with compassion to our community. "Church Without Shoes" kicks off a day of care. Area churches will work together to server students and teachers at schools in our district.
May 2-4	Women's Retreat at Mt. Hermon. Sign up at the Yes! Table
May 3	Celtic Way of Evangelism Conference: God transformed a people. In Ireland the message of Jesus was first experience by belonging to a faith community. George Hunter at Clayton Community Church.
May 9-10	Doing Justice Conference: Following Jesus demands living for justice in our world. Join Gary Haugen, president of the International Justice Mission and Mark Labberton, pastor First Presbyterian Berkeley, author, "The Dangerous Act of Worship, Living God's Call to Justice."
