New Day for Children seeks to recover children from child sex trafficking and restore their stolen childhoods.
Did you know:
- An estimated 300,000 children are held for sex trafficking in the United States.
- The average age of being taken or exploited is 13.
- Freed girls are often retaken by the slaveholders and returned to the streets of our communities, creating a deteriorating cycle of hopelessness and despair.
Since its inception, New Day for Children has placed the rescue and care of the children foremost in our efforts. We are committed to their well-being and making a lasting difference in the lives of these young women.
One of New Life’s pastors recently joined the New Day team to create awareness for the cause and organization after learning of a teen acquaintance who had been victimized. Although New Day has to remain somewhat secretive of its location and residents, it is surprising how difficult it was to unearth its existence. The resources available to find, rescue and rehabilitate these children is limited. However, it should not have been so difficult to find to help.
New Life is highly supportive of the cause. Return to this site to see updates for New Day events and needs. Visit the New Day site or contact New Life to donate.
